All items must be returned in their original condition, original packaging, and also insured for the value of the item.

Items sell out quickly. We cannot guarantee that an item will still be available to us, once our inventory sells out.
In the event you make a purchase, Frivolous Treasures, Inc.cannot fulfill, we will notify you and offer you a refund, a backorder date, or a substitute item (of equal value), in it's place.
